Food is hit or miss. Service is always a miss. They can only take orders 40%of the time. When you drive up they say ?We can?t... take your order!? No manners?. I?m standing in line waiting for my order and someone yell from behind the line what is he standing there for... referring to me. I didn?t mind waiting for my food, i wasn?t disrespectful yet one of the make staff members watched me whileuttering loudly to the young lady preparing my order stating that I was mad and she mentioned that she didn?t want to hear that.UNPROFESSIONAL! If I could give -5 stars I would!!! Every time you come to this BK they're out of just about everything! Try to get a whopper... meal; they only have small patties or they only have chicken. They're out of Coke, only have Sprite. Like why is this place evenopen?!!!! If I was driving I would just pull off! Husband was patient and waited. Awful experience. We went in and there was only a lady with two small children in side , and she informed us that she had... already ordered. So we advanced to the counter and stood there for about ten minutes and no one ever greeted us , noracknowledged that we were there. By the way there were a group of seven people including myself. Hard to overlook a crowd ofthat size. We left and went to eat at another restaurant , and I will not go back . I have had the same bad service before atthis Burger King. You should try the Chick-fil-A approach with your food and service. Read more
I hate writing bad reviews, but this place absolutely sucks. I love Impossible Whoppers, and never have issues with other Burger... King locations, but this place is a real lemon. They are either closed all together (its 4pm on a Friday and they're closed withnot a single car in the parking lot), or you'll wait 30+ for your order and it will be wrong. Read more
You gotta love the smell coming out of every BK location. Great fast service and the food was made well. Kudos to this location... for getting it right with good hot food. The dining room was available for dine in but I chose to go through the drive-thru.Best burgers of all of the other quick service restaurants. Read more
A very rude African American woman with red braids told me the system was down so the inside was closed, but then proceeded to... prepare orders for drive thru. I wondered why the door was open if the inside was closed, and why food was on the counter iftheir system was down. They closed at early at 10pm the evening before and came for an earlier visit. Never have gone to a BK where the whole staff is... on a "break" during dinner and was told from an employee on the rooftop they would be open back at 8:30p and I could returnthen(they were having an hour and 30 minutes break apparently, must be nice). I chose to return at 9:08, the the newestrevelation from a different employee still on the rooftop, was that they were now closed with no further explanation or 2 phuksgiven. Read more
