I remember long ago when this place was absolutely delicious. New management has totally destroyed this place. Last Friday, I... ordered 2 pints of White Turtle ice cream and I was horrified when I didn?t get one single crunch of pecan. So I thought, ?okaythis must be a bad batch. I went back Wednesday and ordered the same thing. One pecan in the first pint and two in the secondpint. I called up there and ask them why did I only get 3 pecans out of 2 pints of ice cream. The same as all the other locations. My boys really enjoyed their M&M and Oreo Blast. I had the strawberry cheese cake waffle... cone which was so yummy. Since it was 89 degrees I had to eat the ice cream rather quickly. I will definitely be going back. Read more

2nd time at this location today and the service is horrible. The lady taking the order was talking at us telling us what we were... ordering instead of listening to what we were telling her we wanted. She was speaking extremely fast and had a strong accent.She also had a nasty attitude. Last time going to that location. Also they have a fake review on their page under Sky M. I didnot rate your service as good because it?s very poor. First order there ?Placed an online order. When I got the ice cream itwas melted. It had candy toppings in it that I did not ask for like m&ms and Reese cups, but was missing the waffle cone I paidextra for. Service was fast but I assumed they had pre made it and stuck it in a fridge until I got there. Even after I told thelady I wanted her to make it closer to the time I?d arrive .
