After going through drive thru ordering chicken 4 chicken tenders and get the combo meal when that's not what I asked for, I... thought oh well.. then instead of being able to go in get a refund, I had to go back through the line. Had 2 cars just leave.Then was told they couldn't find a manager they just dropped more would that be ok? I insisted on a refund. They found amanager who wanted my receipt, which I didn't have because their paper was out when I came through. The manager did refund mymoney, normally I would have just chalked it up to a mental note of "just don't go there again" But this was my 2nd try atdifferent locations and not good experiences. The drive-through cashier was HORRIBLE. She overcharged me for a combo meal by upgrading my food without asking me. When I asked... her why was it so much she told me the prices went up but when I looked at my receipt that was a lie. Then when the managerfixed it she did not even give me my receipt back. Chicken supremes were fresh and delicious, but it is inexcusable to not have fry seasoning, Mac n cheese, or ketchup packets all... at the same time. It?s clear someone is not keeping up with stock at this location. Read more

Ordered the box with sides. Biscuits were hard and dried out and asked for gravy for potatoes, no gravy with order and potato?s... were dried and inedible. The chicken was good as were the green beans. I tried to call them to complain and phone constantlybusy. Very disappointed. Read more

Had a meal fit for a king this morning! Grilled chicken biscuit was cooked to perfection. Very friendly staff and quick service!
This whole facility needs to be shut down or hire a staff who actually wants to work. The girl who works there with the red and... blond micro braids shut the door right in my face and ran off like she didn?t she didn?t see me.
