After going through drive thru ordering chicken 4 chicken tenders and get the combo meal when that's not what I asked for, I... thought oh well.. then instead of being able to go in get a refund, I had to go back through the line. Had 2 cars just leave.Then was told they couldn't find a manager they just dropped more would that be ok? I insisted on a refund. They found amanager who wanted my receipt, which I didn't have because their paper was out when I came through. The manager did refund mymoney, normally I would have just chalked it up to a mental note of "just don't go there again" But this was my 2nd try atdifferent locations and not good experiences. The drive-through cashier was HORRIBLE. She overcharged me for a combo meal by upgrading my food without asking me. When I asked... her why was it so much she told me the prices went up but when I looked at my receipt that was a lie. Then when the managerfixed it she did not even give me my receipt back.
