I am a bit more than confused about the last two visits here. I came inside about two weeks ago and ordered a ruben. The cashier... was training, and the manager was letting him swim some. I asked for the 1000 dressing not to be put on, sub with spicy mustard.Cashier is struggling but the cook in the back hollers up to the front line that he heard it, confirmed with me and had mysandwich on the counter before I could even pay. It was AWESOME five stars all the way. A couple of days ago we opted to havean easy dinner and came through the drive through to get a sack of sandwiches. My wife always orders a sandwich as no bun andwrapped in lettuce. We get home to massive disappointment as the wrap was some meat thrown on top of some shredded lettuce in aclamshell. No effort at all. For some reason the meat in all the sandwiches was soggy and completely devoid of taste. It waslike eating meat water. Didn't finish, total one star experience. IDK what is going on here. Hot and cold experience withindays of one another. I hope y'all can hold it together because a majority of the other chains around Fayetteville have gonebeyond poor service and product. Read more
