This is by far my favorite spot anytime I visit Fayetteville for work. The bar small eats menu and cocktails are always a good... time, and the wait staff is incredible and don?t lord over your table the entire time you?re there, but you?re never looking fora refill (unless it?s a cocktail that you have to order). I?ve gone several times with coworkers and sat in the bar/lounge areaand the restaurant side (which is also amazing). Absolutely love Theo?s! We had dinner last night with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday and it was such a great... experience I had to write a review to rave on Theo?s. Josh was our server and this is the second time he has been our server,and both times, he has been incredible!! Josh is very attentive and very helpful! Our food was delicious, as always! The porkchops with polenta were incredible!! Then, to top it off, Josh and the GM brought cake and champagne for our table for mybirthday. It made the evening so special. Thank you!! Read more
I came to Theo?s during a busy time (Friday right before close, ~9PMish). I chose to sit at the bar as my assumption was the... service would be better/quicker due to the crowd. The bartending staff was great, but did miss some things, likely due to therush (didn?t get silverware or napkin until I asked in the middle of eating first dish, ordering took a while, first check wasundercharged/had to be redone). I started out with mussels and the actual mussels were fantastic. The sauce/soup and breadhowever were extremely over salted. The wine selection was decent, but they could add more single glass options for sure. All ofthe good stuff was bottles and the bartender did not offer/inform about the Coravin pour choices (probably should?ve just asked,but was expecting a little run down as I?ve never been here and didn?t know they even had Coravin until I ordered my wine). Thesteak/main entree was incredible. Steak was perfectly cooked and the sides were well put together and tasteful. When I inquiredabout whiskey/bourbon, the bartender gave a good recommendation and provided me with the full list (pictured). Overall: greatambiance, staff, food/drink. As my first time going there let me just say I loved it! From the ambiance to the service and the food, all was excellent. My... server Josh was an amazing help with his professionalism and knowledge of the menu as well as making sure my wife and I was welltaking care of for our 2 year anniversary dinner. The "Bones on Toast" appetizer was oh so perfect. I loved how melty the bonemarrow was alongside the other compliments it was paired with.
