I guess if you're local you know when they're closed but we're not so we don't. Calling and emailing didn't help because they... never answered. Nice day for an hour one-way drive and we ended up eating at Rolando's when we showed up at the address and thefood truck wasn't even there. A little more info on their website would be appreciated! Despite the fact that it's looking more and more like a hobo camp I always enjoy the food and love the people that make it... happen. I work close and can walk there which is really nice. I ate the Cuban Bowl. It was suggested by a co-worker of mine. It was super good. I now have a favorite. Check out the photo I... took. You would drool just looking at it. The seating area is obviously outside and luckily it was a nice warm day. The staffare super accommodating and nice. They have fun Nick nacks and stickers you can buy. Parking is right next to it. The food is fantastic. I have loved everything that I have tried from here! The off the rails Cuban and yucca fries have to be... my favorite though. The owner, Erin, is incredibly talented.
