I hate to say and do this but the veggie gravy doesn't taste anywhere as good as years past. It was the main and only reason I... came today. The gravy had no flavor whatsoever compared to 3-4 years ago as it resembles more of a paste to hangup wallpaper(plus taste like it also) than the creamy garlicky peppered gravy of its heyday. If it wasn't for the biscuit still being onpoint with its warm fluffy moist delectable goodness, I would've rated my review a 2 instead. I'm not sure this was a one offday or the original cook took the recipe when they moved on or a cruel belated April Fool's joke, but I encourage someone toplease bring back the creamy garlicky peppered veggie gravy goodness o remember. Great menu, ordered the Benny on a Biscuit. The ham was absolute perfection! Egg a tad overcooked but good. Plating was... beautiful. Also ordered the Mash with added egg on top. Love a good farm to table dinner. Great atmosphere. Awesome service. Even got an impromptu serenade from the awesome servers.... Love the easy laid back vibe. I can see where weekends now require rsvp! We arrived earlyish on a Wednesday. Plenty of seatinginside and out. Very friendly. Hubby had the Arkanswayer and I had the Grits and Greens. Eggyolks so yellow made me want toraise chickens again. Definitely will go back next time in Fayetteville. Read more
