I did a curbside pickup order. I get there and it won?t let me say that I was there. Fine no big deal. Then I call the number on... the door and no one answers and I called multiple times. So then I go in and I?m told that the phones are down. Okay whatever.I get my order and leave, then I start to eat my sandwich and there?s four SEPERATE HAIRS IN MY SANDWICH. like are you kiddingme?? HORRIBLE SERVICE. 3 out of 3 orders I've been shorted some items and sent incorrect items as well. They blame it all on... DoorDash, and the manager REFUSES to speak with customers. The staff are rude, and could care less about customer satisfaction- and that's after repeat calls, just trying to get somebody to answer the phone. Read more
Ordered online, definitely paid for chips only to be told by the person behind the counter I did not so I didn?t get what I paid... for. Had to wait 10+ minutes because the staff wouldn?t simply grab my online order and hand it to me. They instead made abunch of other online orders and ignored me. 2 people cannot run a lunch rush with online orders. Hire new people, stopallowing online ordering or close the location. Read more
Ordered on the app. Picked up curbside. I was told there wasn?t an order for me and I was at the wrong location. I was not. I... was looking for a confirmation I could give her and she hung up on me. I went inside and asked if she was the one who hung up onme. She wouldn?t look me in the eye and said they were busy. They had one customer who was being waited on by another employee.I showed her my order and she barely glanced at it. Said she would fill the order and not charge after she tried dismissing meand ignoring me. She then told the other guy working to fix my meal and she would take care of the person he was waiting on. Shetold him what sandwich to make without even looking at my order. So she had gotten the order. She just hadn?t bothered to fillit. And lied about it. This is the Subway I always use for delivery but not anymore. I only gave it one star because that wasthe only way to leave a comment. Last time we went the food was fine but every fountain drink was out of syrup and they didn't seem to know how to fix it. They... gave us an extra bottled soda which was helpful. Yesterday I tried to order online, had trouble and tried to call. Store phonesays all associates are busy and hangs up on me. I get the app but am not able to order how I usually would in person. We ordersandwich and chips, no drink. Could not find an option for just chips so I was going to be conned into buying sodas too. Tryingto place my order and they each say Foot long instead of 6inch like I was sure I selected and can not find a way to correct it.Again I call the store and hear the same prerecorded message and the phone hangs up. After thirty minutes of trying to orderSubway for our picnic, it was uncessesful due to no customer service being available. I gave up, went home and cooked and willnot be to a Subway again until it values servicing their customers. This subway almost never has anyone inside or in thedriveway these days. The Sandwich artist was very friendly and did their best. I always get great customer service at this location.
