My only complaint is this location is always out of food and popular syrups. You can?t always get what you want.

I went at store open on a Sunday, and it was great. Fast service, nice atmosphere.

Before I explain my complaint, let me say my visits to this Starbucks location are usually great, even when it gets super... busy. Today, I asked for a drink without ice, but the drink I received was full of ice. I showed the barista that my drinkspecified no ice and asked if they could fix it. The barista took my drink, poured the liquid into another cup, and filled therest with milk. I asked for a Caramel Brulee Latte but received a drink that tasted like milk. Read more

I was trying to buy a gift card. Should have been simple, but it took three different people to try and help and I think one was... a manager. I was told they had a new system which is why they had trouble. I left after about 12min... empty-handed. Read more

I went in at 945pm(15 minutes before close) on April 7th and ordered a Venti Caramel Frappuccino. Instead, the... baristas(irritated I was even there 15minutes before close) made me a créme Frappuccino while whispering that I was so rude foreven coming in at that time and they weren?t going to make more coffee because they had already poured it all out and I probablywouldn?t even notice there was no coffee in it(I did and I heard you). I paid 6$ for a creme frapp when I needed coffee! Iunderstand time is money but I came in before close and paid for a drink I did not order while the baristas mocked me. My timeand money is valuable too!! Not that it was there bussiness but I had come in that late because it was the only Starbucks openat the time after I had just left hospice care for my grandpa, I also work full time, am a full time student at the UofA and Iam a mother. My time and money is valuable too:). To put it shortly, service there is TERRIBLE and those baristas should befired, as they do not care about the brand or company they work for and mistreat their valuable customers(I?ve been going toStarbucks everyday, sometimes 3 times a day for the last ten years). They are always out of various syrups. They dont accept cash. They cant scan QR codes on the app for rewards and the line is... never shorter than 20 min long. I would prefer to walk off campus to my car, drive to another one and come back to campus thango to this one again. Read more
