My hamburger was made very sloppy, the bread was soggy and the fries tasted old! I've never had this experience with any Sonic!
Keto is a rough life if you want a burger, but they will accommodate you just be prepared to go away still hungry
Went to 2908 N College Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72703 sonic for breakfast. I usually don't complain when their food is sloppily put... together. But today I drank part of my dr.pepper before I realized they squished a bug in the lid of my cup. I feel this is justunacceptable. Read more
This is the best Sonic in Fayetteville. While we live closer to other locations, it?s worth a slight detour to the N. College... location where our order is always correct and the servers go out of their way to help. Shoutout to Cole for going out of hisway to correct an order error that was obviously my mistake. I ordered a Hand-Mixed Master Shake Oreo Cheesecake and REESE'S peanut butter, a vanilla shake, and a M&M Blast. I received a... crumb of Oreo, with chunks of nut in a vanilla ice cream with no peanut butter or cheesecake flavor let alone reeses at all. Thevanilla shake was fine, because it doesnt overwhelm staff with one simple ingredient when they're completely empty in theparking lot. The M&M Blast contained PLENTY of Oreos! Although Oreos weren't even asked for it. So guess what they do when I askfor a small tiny cup of crushed Oreos, they deny my request and say a substantial amount was put in. Are you sure about that????????????????? But they completely replace the whole M&M Blast that had oreos in it like that would be a badthing? TL;DR Terrible attitudes; Poor customer satisfaction; Slow service; Poor management; Customers do not come first eventhough it was proven management was in wrong; You get paid way more than people who scrub vomit and feces off of floors inschools. This place sucks.! I asked for simple cheese fries and this gummy dry mess is what they gave me.! A melted slice of cheese... instead of nacho cheese.! What a joke.! I?m so mad because I haven?t ate all day and wanted to treat myself to cheese fries andthis is what I got what a disappointment I wasnt even tripping that the customer service was lacking but when I got my food itwas garbage ???? just throw the whole place away.! Had a good experience using the app & had super quick service, drinks were perfect, and Kole was extra gracious & awesome... despite me forgetting to have cash for a tip. (Psst, Sonic, it would be so helpful if folks (like me who rarely remembers tocarry cash) using the app could have the option to add in a tip if they so wish!) My husband had a super Sonic breakfast burrito and it was so small my regular burrito was bigger. They forgot the cheese and the... eggs were so bad and burnt they was brown,we was nice and took it back and they replaced it,this time it had cheese but, theeggs were still burned,we just threw it away.
