There are nice employees at the window and I really like their food but the portions seem a lot smaller than they used to be.

Pretty disappointing experience. Waited for a while to have our order taken. The food took so long to make that we had to change... our order to go. My chicken sandwich was essentially one chicken strip (it was a big strip, but still a strip and not reallygood for a sandwich - see pictures). The chicken was overcooked and so it was pretty tough.
