This is the first time I?ve had a negative experience here in all the years I?ve been. They shorted my husband on the classic... plate by giving us small pieces of chicken that weren?t even big enough to be strips. They no longer serve regular BBQ sauce. Along side others like many garlic sauces. And it's only this location they said!... Absolutely insane. Toast was burnt on multiple occasions. Frys were really hard. The only thing that they luckily didn't getwrong was the chicken. Love Slim Chickens but man am I disappointed. Read more

Had to come back because my pickle fries were forgot the first time, and it was such a great follow up experience! The lady... answering drive was the sweetest and the manager on the shift was so nice too! Got an extra dessert for the trouble too! One ofthe best experiences for sure! I've gone 3 times and the portions seem to just get some smaller than the last. These "tenders" are the size of a ketchup packet... and weigh less than 1oz each. But they charge $10. Don't waste your money here. Photo included to prove size. The restaurantwas clean and the staff is always polite but the value is 0/10 would not recommend. Read more
My daughter and I both ordered the classic tender meals through the app for curbside. I upgraded to the fried pickles for my... side with an unsweet tea and she got fries with a diet Dr Pepper. She sat there for a bit and someone came out and asked abouther order. Apparently it hadn't dropped from the app yet so it took a lot longer than it was supposed to. There were a coupleissues with the order. We had 2 ranch and 2 gravy. Do you know what happens when you put hot gravy and cold ranch tied uptogether in a little plastic bag? You end up with lukewarm gravy and ranch. My unsweet tea tasted old but I've come to know thatanytime I order tea from anywhere that I take a chance that it will be old. The diet DP was also not diet. But the biggest issuewas the size of the chicken tenders. They were tiny! You can see the size in the pictures. I gave 3 stars because the pickleswere good. But it was slightly over $23 for the 2 meals and based on the size of the tenders...it was not worth it. Read more
I visit my family here all the way from NYC a few times a year. A stop at this location of Slims is always on my list. Tonight... we dined in. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The service was top notch. I need to shout out shift Manager Josh,who?s friendly demeanor and charming smile behind the counter made the visit even more pleasant. I have to imagine working underhis leadership must be a lot of fun. I got to witness him training an employee on some cash-register gymnastics. Also, Jaylene-who brought us a sauce they forgot, and also brought me salt and pepper, even though I didn?t realize they were self-serveitems. Classy!! Finally, Jaylene checked on us twice, almost as if this was a sit-down restaurant and not fast food. Excellentwork! Thanks for always being a pleasant stop on my visits. Read more
The staff is great, service good but the last few times we?ve driven through the chicken has been fried up with the tendon still... in the strip. It?s truly unappetizing to bite into that tendon each time. Good service, not good eating experience. Read more
