My wife went here with her siblings for a quick bite and there was a worker standing over their shoulder at the self-serve... kiosk. They told him they didn't need help, but he still stood over their shoulder and shouted what they were ordering back tothe kitchen. Later on, he hovered over them while they were eating. This McDonald's location is the worst I have ever experienced! I've visited this location a couple of times for convenience of... proximity. I will not go back to this particular establishment in the future. I prefer using the drive-thru to get food ordrinks.. ordering at the drive- thru was frustrating, order taker interrupted me constantly, drinks were watered down fromsitting until food was ready. Ridiculous wait time! I tried ordering with the app last night it was quick and simple. I checkedin for curbside delivery with phone as instructed and again the wait was extremely long! I waited for close to 30 minutes and Iended up cancelling my order. I thought I'd try the drive thru because it was kind of late and it was backed up, both lines, somuch that the exit was blocked. I waited for an hour in line and in curbside and the line never moved. I never got my food so I asked for a refund. She said she... couldn?t give me a refund. Basically the business model here is to steal, and honestly I have to give them credit for such aballer move. Great job team! Came here at 2 AM and did a curbside pick up order, the line was very long and I believe there was only one person working. I am... not mad that the line was long, I am upset that the managers are not staffing this McDonald?s properly and putting the weightupon one or two employees shoulders this is not the employees fault it is the managers fault and I hope everyone knows thatwhenever they show up here and have to wait 45 minutes for french fries. This is a hub for everyone that lives near CollegeAvenue and it hurts the owners business when it is not properly staffed especially whenever there is obviously a need forstaffing during this time of the night. We ended up leaving before getting our food because someone was literally yelling at thekid working out the window telling him he should just quit and that this is his fault. They messed it up so bad and put so much extra sauce on it vs the plain I asked for that theyeven gave me an extra patty for free and then completely covered that one in sauce as well. Read more
Just got back to work with my Quarter pounder, took one bite and it is raw on the inside. Not medium well or slightly pink but... cool, red, uncooked ground beef. Oh, did I mention no one will answer the phone so I can't call and let them know that whoeveris cooking actually ISN'T cooking. Well lol so I ordered 2 oreo mcflurries and I got handed to me these 2 little cups not even full may I add and I said to the... lady "ummm why are they so small,cause they didn't use to be" the lady said that's the size now ???? I'm like "really?" Shesaid hold on and got a manager the manager didn't want to come to the drive thru to speak she told the other lady yes that's itnow. So I say "soooo u mean we pay a dollar more to get half the amount as we once did???" Than I say really? Can't wait to putthis on review lol that lady and I just started laughing ???? buy for real it's not worth the money like $8 for one somethingthat on the norm isn't even worth $2 smh places have gotten ridiculous.
