Been here 3 or 4 times now, we get tired of cake so we get the cookie cakes from time to time. They always have my order ready... as asked and do a great job on the cookie cakes. I usually do everything online and just pick up. Read more

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. When I asked for 2 straws the lady told me I had to buy them. We ordered a cookie cake... and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes, so we walk around and came back in 15 minutes and they have not even started. Westand there and they finally get started and the whole time they were laughing and talking to each other. They are almostfinished 8 or so minutes later when the girl frosting the cake realizes she spelled the name wrong. By that point we were prettymuch standing over her to keep her on task which made her very annoyed. Read more
I went to this Great American Cookie location to order a cookie cake expecting a mediocre job as my idea was very detailed and... somewhat complicated. All I have to say is..WOW! The decorator did such an impeccable job and brought my idea to life! I couldnot be happier! I used to frequent this location for years but they went downhill. They now have a new manager and she hired awhole new team and they are awesome! Amazing customer service and the cookies are always fresh! Read more
