I have been a patron of this store basically since they opened and would drive to it instead of going to the one closest to my... house bcuz it was clean and the staff were great. However the last several months, since they've gotten a new manager, it hasgone to s&*t! They are always out of cups/lids for fountain sodas, the new manager seems to think it's OK to speak down topeople, the store is often dirty looking, and they are now shutting the store down several nights per week due to not being ableto keep help now (did I mention this all started when the new manager came onboard?). And tonight (mind you I'm in this storedaily), my son who is 21 had ran in to buy me cigarettes bcuz I've been super dizzy today. His I.D. was expired so they wouldn'tsell them to him... ok, fine... no problem. I get out of the car to go in and get them myself and they refused to sell them toME (48 YEARS OLD WITH I.D.), who purchases them daily from this store, bcuz my son (who's old enough to purchase them btw) hadan expired I.D.!!! Paid $30 for gas ,went to pump it didn't work. Went back in they told me it would refund me. They said I would have to pay... again to get gas . I tried to pay but my card declined, but it took another $20 off my card. All anyone could say was it willrefund me. That doesn't put gas in my car. Read more

Air pump never works and half the pump knobs are broken off so not even half of the pumps are usable for all grades of gas. This... is such a busy location, you?d think they?d take better care of it. Read more
