Placed an online order at 6:10pm, requested it be ready by 6:45 (I assumed that would be enough time) arrived and nothing had... been started on our order of 2 sandwiches and a kids meal. Ordered at 7:55 and still waiting at 8:20 for my 2 sandwiches. Literally 1 other person in the store and 3 people... working. Update: took 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Person in front of me had 3 sandwiches. Still not understanding why it took30 minutes but one worker was too interested in talking and they moved like sloths. Update 2: ordered the turkey bacon ranchsandwich and apparently bacon can?t be added in 30 minutes because it was missing from the sandwich. Do yourself a favor andskip this place. Read more

We went in to order 2 sandwiches. My husband told them he wanted two 6 inches ,(he should have told them mediums) For starters... it took them about 25 mins to make the sandwiches. We took them home. What we had were two sandwiches that were about 2.5inches. I asked for bacon and mushrooms, they were put on my husband's sandwich and the prices are outrageous. Read more
Congratulations to the award winning employee this evening that just discouraged patroning this establishment. As I walked in to... place an order, I noted the 2 customers eating. This man informed me he was too busy and it would be 30 minutes before he couldeven take my order. The food is definitely not worth the wait or his exceptionally bad attitude about his job. Read more
This place is a complete and total waste of time / money. Every single time I order from here they manage to mess up A SALAD.... From not putting the protein on it (what??) to dousing it in Italian seasoning when I selected Italian dressing. Read more
I took a chance on the Everything Hook & Ladder sandwich that's being offered for a limited time. Outside the part of bread that... was harder than the bagel it represents, it's not a bad sandwich. I think it would've been a good sandwich without the addedingredients (at know charge). I think that's the 2nd or may be 3rd time I've even had a Hook & Ladder. I'm more of a New Yorkermyself. Over all, this is a good sandwich as long as the bread isn't hard a as a rock in parts. Read more
