The food here is fresh and delicious. The service is great. Very professional and you get your food quick. Their coffee is... delicious. My wife likes the caramel macchiato! Our 1.5 year old son loves the egg and cheddar bagel sandwich. Highlyrecommend!! Read more
Y'all, I paid $4.22 for a plain bagel with plain schmear. It was good, but not $4-good. Perhaps if that included a cup of... coffee I'd feel better about it. Perhaps. The drive through took quite some time especially for products that are alreadyprepared. It's been years since Ive been to an Einstein Bros. Bagel and it will be even longer next time. Read more

The food was great but whoever was taking orders for the drive-thru this morning should really get more training in customer... service. She was so rude and condescending because my husband didn?t know what kind of bagel he wanted. Almost towards the endof our ordering he said ?let me get another bagel? to let her know he wanted one more thing and he was taking a second to decideand she said ?Okay well what kind? we have like 300 different kinds of bagels.? Why don?t you throw out some examples, this wasour first time and she was so rude. He also asked for extra shots of espresso and she was like ?you do know it?s like 80 extracents for each shot right?? My husband has social anxiety and not everyone who comes through a drive thru has the whole menumemorized so be patient and have some customer service. Read more
Usually I?m a fan of this chain. however, this is the first time that I got the food delivered from them through Uber eats. I... ordered a lox sandwich with asiago bagel. When the food came, it was a plane bagel! ???? The lox was not good. I have tasted loxin many deli style sandwich shops across the nation. This one was the worst so far. The hash brown was also a little greasy forme. Overall the food was mediocre. Still I have my hopes high for this chain. Maybe I ordered the wrong menu at wrong time. Read more
