Had the competition plate, brisket was moist and tender. Charred ends, not so much. Maybe they're supposed to be dry and chewy.
First time eating at Dickeys BBQ. Fantastic, delicious food. Fresh, perfectly cooked and tender ribs and brisket. The creamed... spinach was mouth watering I ate the whole container and I don't even like spinach! The coleslaw was great as were the bbqbaked beans and the mashed potato bake. Can't wait to come back to Fayetteville to eat here again. Amazing. Read more
The food is always good, mashed potatoes had been sitting a while, brisket was good and so was the burnt ends and ribs.
I never take time to leave a bad review - normally I just would quietly never go back, but I felt that it was important that the... public know that they suddenly have a new policy. A few months ago, we had ordered some meals with a bunch of sides and when wegot home with our pickup order we discovered they only gave us one of the two bags, which had only a couple of our items. It wasaround a $50 order- we got less than $15 of that!! Calmly I called and explained and the person who took my call seemedinterested in making things right. She took my name and wrote it in her book and said WHENEVER I was ready they would remake myorder on the house and that they would even throw in a free dessert! Seems really nice, right? In the same call, I specificallyasked how long that offer would be good for and she stated that it was in her book and that because she was management it wouldbe honored. I even mentioned it could be a while, maybe a few months because my son was coming to visit and he would enjoy bbq.She said, sure no problem, I've got your name and order in my book, just call when ready. Today I called hoping to ask for themto honor their promise. They informed me that they wouldn't keep their promise after a week. So we are out a meal, the money andmost of all... our trust. The horrible quality would be excusable if the prices were halved. Biting into hard and dry brisket with even harder bread... really does something to your appetite. I gave the brisket to my dog and even he was hesitant to eat it. Just go eat atMcDonald?s if you?re desperate enough to eat at Dickey?s. Don?t waste your money here. Read more
Employees were rude and rushed us to order. We got the porker platter. It's a sampler type. The burnt ends were tough and not... good. The French fries were the best part of the meal. Read more
We normally enjoy this place but wow.. today was absolutely the worst. The meat was nothing but fat.. the bread was stale.. we... asked for spicy and sweet sauce, they gave us nothing but regular.. no silverware.. we asked for crispy okra and it was soggy..they forgot my drink until I asked.. workers were so rude.. she forgot my texas toast we paid extra for, but I said just forgetit and give me the roll so I could leave and be done with the experience. Only 2 stars instead of 1 cuz it's good most othertimes. Read more
I got trapped in the drive thru for over 20 minutes! A truck was at the end of the drive thru and I couldn?t get out. There was... no one working the drive thru window.I had already tried knocking on the window and honking. I called the store to tell themwhat was going on and after 5 minutes they finally came and told the truck to go around. Then they told me I needed to go insideand order. I told them no I had already been sitting here for 30 minutes. So I left. I called the store again and asked to speakto a managers. They acted like there wasn?t a manager there. But a guy came on the phone and I told him my story. He saidnothing. I said hello he said hi. I repeated my story. He said I?m sorry we have been busy with our customers inside. Mind youthis restaurant has a very small dining area and when I drove by there was only a table of four there. I told the ?manager? thatthis was unexceptable service and he hung up on me!!!!
