Waited forever for two sundaes and a milkshake. They had 4 other cars pull around front and wait for their orders with us. I... went inside and only 2 of the 6 people working were fulfilling and taking orders. 1 was doing dishes. The rest were talking andlet someone who wasn't working there around the counter and they were shoving each other. To top it off, there was a nut in thehot fudge even though we explained to be very careful because the person who had that sundae has a severe nut allergy. Read more

I frequent this location and it is well known for terrible service. BUT, in the past couple of weeks there is a new employee... working the drive through and she is absolutely the best! Great service and a good attitude. I haven't been able to catch hername but you will notice next time you go there. Read more

It was super duper busy & honestly took a while but Amy at the DT was so sweet. Apologetic for the wait but truly a delight.... Last time she said she was happy because she loves her job. Today she was just as enthusiastic and kind. Honestly I wish thiswas undercover boss. The guy running food to people waiting outside was also delightful. This place is a disaster. Rude staff, unsanitary, unprofessional. Never returning. I ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers and 2... regular cheeseburgers and received only the 2 regular cheeseburgers. When I went to have them fix the order, one employee cameand threw both burgers away, and another employee yelled at us for returning both burgers when I had no say in what washappening. Flies were surrounding the soft serve machine and repeatedly were landing on my drink. The ice cream I received hadbeen cross-contaminated as they did not wash the scoop. My grandson and I always come here every Tuesday and we get the small cone and we get the same ice cream. Last week it was... chocolate, this week we tried the vanilla and it is just delicious! Went thought the drive thought but they had us pull forward to wait also with some other cars. Then they brought us the wrong... food then tried to bring out some more food that was not ares. We took the bag back into the store and it look like maybe a lotof new people were working and just one young girl was trying to tell everyone what they needed to be doing she was the onlyone who new what to do poor thing. Maybe just leave people in the driveway line and then they will not have a mix off of food tothe wrong vehicle. Read more

The absolute best for ice cream!! Smooth, creamy frozen yogurt in a waffle cone. 1/2 chocolate, 1/2 vanilla. A truly delicious... treat! Not outrageously priced either. I have to keep my cravings for this in check, lol. Love it! Read more
