Got a burger combo and an ice cream sundae. The cashier asked if I wanted bacon and I said no but I got bacon anyway.... Fortunately I wasn't charged for it, but the same employee also got a friend's ice cream order wrong as well. The burger itselfwas just not very good and the fries were alright but my meal did not come with many. However, I did enjoy the sundae. ordered 5 ice creams after 2 were made wrong 3 times we left with our order still wrong. People standing around talking about... how they were tired of people coming in and ordering. they seemed like they didn't want to be there. I understand the collegekids moving back to town and things being busy, But that shouldn't effect the way that you treat people coming in to order food. Read more

While I enjoy getting my food quickly, I don't like it cold and undercooked. It's been a while since I have eaten at a Braum's,... however I grew up eating a them since 1982ish. They are always busy, not sure what went wrong. Read more

10 p.m. visit. Very busy. Our group had sundaes& banana splits. Scoop size depended on who made it, some were small compared to... others & the care of how they looked did not seem to be important. The Male manager seemed to be the only one who tried to makeitems look the way they should...the 2 women that were making things for people did not care at all & quite frankly...theirattitude sucked. Good food as always. Unorganized. People standing all over, and didn't have a person at least asking who was next, and found... after 10 minutes I was in wrong line. After 10 more minutes I started hearing numbers called after me, and questioned them. Moreconfusion was encountered and the cook seemed irritated with me, not that they had lost my order.... Ordered two burgers and fries with sweet teas through the drive threw at braums on 6th street in Fayetteville, won?t be back.... Sweet tea tasted like old watered down un sweet tea. Worst burger I?ve ever had, very soggy bread, cheese looked and tastedlike it had been sitting out for a few days, the burger was dry and had no taste, needless to say it had probably been sittingon the grill for a few hours. We didn?t even eat our food only had a few bites, it was so terrible. While we were waiting inline the car in front of us had a dog that looked like it had mange, hanging out the window that the cashier/who hands you yourfood had her hands all over and then didn?t wash her hands before handling our food, usually don?t mind a bit of dog hair, butwhen your working in a restaurant you should wash your hands before handling food. Always a delight when I visit here whether for my kids or me personally. I finally had the California Burrito and I was actually... impressed with my choice. I had seen it on the menu from previous breakfast visits. It's similar but different from the GrandeBreakfast Burrito that has jalapeños instead of avocado. You basically can't go wrong with anything you order from here, butit's still difficult to decide at times. Read more
