Gotta love a good old Zaxby?s. Although I do feel as though in this specific place, though I?ve only gone once, the bread was... much flakier than usual. We love this Zaxbys. Probably best one in Western Knoxville! The assistant manager, Dan, is a great guy who always takes care of... us. We love Zaxbys food! We eat there quite frequently. The prices are not so bad. The only thing that we?ve ever had happen with... our food at all, was a couple of times that we got chicken strips some of the strips were only half or less than the size thatthey should have been. I realize that there will be pieces like that in the bags of strips that they get, but they should atleast give you two of those size strips to count it as a whole strip. I will mention this to them at the store and see if ithelps. Otherwise it?s definitely one of our favorite restaurants. Read more

The restaurant has a wide open dining room with many seating options. We received good customer service when ordering and... receiving our meal. The chicken however did not taste good and seemed as if it had sat for awhile after being cooked. Iordered the blue cheese salad and in my opinion had too much blue cheese so that it overpowered any other flavor. I more thanklikely will not return based off of the food taste and cost. Read more
