I love tropical smoothie Café but I?m pretty disappointed with my order yesterday. Ordered the Santa Fe chicken quesadilla and... when I got to my vehicle realized there?s only chicken and cheese on it and no salsa. Went back inside for salsa which took avery long time to receive. By the time I ate my food it was cold. The chicken was rubbery and not very good. Two stars becausethey were nice but they are very slow and even though I specifically asked for salsa at the register I didn?t receive any. Theyalso did not have any sour cream. Read more
I ordered two wraps, both with plant based chicken substitute, and asked for no cheese on the Caribbean jerk one. Opened it up,... cheese on it. Unfortunately I was already a good 20 miles away. It's a good thing I always carefully check my food at new placesbecause this could have made me very sick.
