If I could give negative stars I would. This place is absolute garbage, you oay for your food, they refuse to give you receipts... and then when you get your food, nothing is right, there's missing items and they try to claim you never paid for certain items.Refuse to fix the messed up orders and have a nasty nasty attitude when THEY are the ones who messed up. I dont pay 30 dollarsfor food that can't even be correct, nor do I pay for 30 dollars worth of food and ONLY receive half of what I paid for. Read more
The staff at taco bell in farmville went out of there way to fix a mistake of a previous order. They were very prompt at... responding to my complaint and even delivered me a new one at my job! Without me asking. Also they gave me a free slushie too.It was the most thorough customer service I've experienced and I've been working in customer service for over 15 years. Amazingjob you all! We couldn't get waited on. We had just left church with good clothes on so we wanted to dine in. Three times an employee yelled... to get someone up front. For the past year we have had horrible experiences with this location. Tonight we had just got back from a 5 hour trip and... wanted to grab a quick dinner. We did a mobile order on our way and it said the order had been received. We arrived at therestaurant around 8:55 pm. Everything online and on the exterior of the store indicates it is open much later. When we pull upto the speaker we are told they have closed for the night. We tell the employee that we submitted an order online and shestepped away to speak to her manager. When she comes back she proceeds to tell us we will have to come back tomorrow. When weask if a refund can be issued we were informed that it could not be issued. Thankfully I was able to go in and cancel the orderthrough the app. The way this entire situation was handled was very unprofessional. Almost all of our encounters over the pastyear have been negative due to rude employees or food that was so salty no one could eat it. This was the last straw for me andwe will not be back. Read more

In the past year they have fell so far. Standards have lowered it seems, food is cold like their not even using the flat top... anymore to heat the tortilla shells, and sometimes their not cutting the quesadillas either anymore (& the bags they come in noware terrible). Most bags come without napkins or sauce now, or with the wrong sauce I didn't ask for. ( Specifically asked thecashier for Diablo sauce and she handed me something else) The staff looks unprofessional and unmanaged now. Picture is of aregular soft taco, and I always order soft supreme tacos, lately they haven't gotten any of them right and all of my tacos havebeen wrong, no sour cream and no tomatoes. What a joke! Pulled up to order 11/29 8:15 am Was told computers down not open. Went back 9:15 and was told cashier running... late but could order mobile. Sat in parking lot and ordered mobile. Waited 15 minutes and went to pick up order and was toldorder not on screen and he could not refund money on mobile. Now out $20 and still no food. Just close the location. Worthless use of space. Will not go to any Taco Bell in any town, city, state or country...Done Read more
