Would give zero stars if I could. Horrible. I ordered online. There is no tuna on my sub. It has lettuce that I didn't ask for.... All I have is tomato and cheese. Nothing that I ask for. Stay away from this subway they are cheating people out of there money. Read more
Went to get a sub here tonight and the guy inside saw our car pull up and immediately lock the door before we could get out of... the car. We had at least 10 minutes before the store closed. So I start my car and go to leave and then he wants to act like hedidnt just lock the door in front of us. So my husband and I leave and go to walmart to buy their subs! Ruined my night. Most times I come in here, the experience is nothing exceptional, sometimes even dipping into unacceptable (especially from the... manager of the store) but today I came in and Savannah and Jeremiah (who may be a temporary fill in from another store) were soengaging, happy, and friendly. 5 stars for them, one star off for every other experience I've had in this subway. Male waiter was very unprofessional acted like he didnt want to be there. Cramed sandwiches, no descency to give napkins. Fixed... sandwich didnt ask what dressing i wanted then when i asked for mayo he acted like it was crime. . This was the subway atLongwood. He doesnt need to be serving the public. Read more
PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW. I went in to get a foot long sub. As the lady was putting vegetables on my sub, another worker came up... and STARTED PLUCKING HER EYELASHES DIRECTLY ABOVE MY SUB THAT SHE WAS MAKING FOR ME. I asked her why she was touching the otheremployees eyelashes and she said she wasnt. I told her that i just watched her do it. She then told me that they have very hardeyelashes so none of them fell onto my sandwich. She then pleaded with me to stay and pay for my sub. I did not. Absolutelydisgusted. I will never step foot back in this subway. If you get a sub from this location, make sure you check it foreyelashes. Read more
