This location is considered on campus for Longwood. Since it is on campus they do not participate with the rewards and I feel... that the prices are higher than the other locations we visit. The service is not terrible but definitely not on par with whatyou expect from Chick-fil-A. The food always tastes good but it's definitely not the experience that most would expect. Read more

The prices were significantly higher than expected at a typical Chick-fil-A, serving sizes were also smaller. The full menu is... also not available at this location. The cashier explained that due to this being near Longwood University campus, that itdoesn't have a full menu and is considered "Express". Food was good, just not what we typically expect. Read more
Stopped here today on our way home from Williamsburg to Southern Virginia. While traveling we normally stick to Chick-fil-A fast... food because you can always depend on it to be good. Mixed rating really... food was quick & correct, surprisingly. Ordering, not so much. When I tried to order the employee ignored... me & focused on my child. Asked for her order, asked her name and then proceeded to sing a song to her. Kinda creepy. Took about10 minutes to order food. He was the only cashier and the line was getting longer & longer. I felt really bad for everyone. Itwas embarrassing to have to stand there and let her be serenaded by a stranger when I just want to order my food. My childrenand I were traveling and still had quite a bit to go so I was in a hurry but I also try not to be rude. If I go in again I willmake sure not to bring my children in. The food is good, but don't get a milkshake unless you like paying full price for half filled cups. The service at this location... is awful. The servers have repeatedly touched inside my cups and drinks while serving them. The store has been filthy everytimeI have visited. They don't accept any mobile orders, and the receipt they provide cannot be entered in the app for your rewards.Overall, a terrible disappointment, and a serious problem as it is the only branch around the area. This location does notrepresent the Chick-fil-A brand in a positive manner at all. Read more
