Google time says open until 12 am but when we went for drive through one person was Abt to take over before they were... immediately cut off to tell that they are only accepting door dash orders . On 10/29/2022 at around 11:30 am. A friend and I went to this location. They normally service costumers well. Not this day, on... this day we placed a simple order for a Nacho fries box and 2 Chicken Chipotle ranch burritos and a Beefy Melt burrito. Now Iwill tell you that we waited for 20 or so minutes for them to fulfill our order. We had to wait while the filled 20 drive threworders, and a door dash order that was picked up from the dining room and while even up to 5 drive thru orders is with inreason 20 is to many. We only got or after a refund was requested. We will not be returing to this location. Something arewith in reason, this was not one of them. Read more
Both times I stopped here they messed up my order. Adding this because I just tried eating after they fixed it and I had to... spit it out it tasted so bad. I love Taco Bell, I eat it way to much because it?s easy and I travel for work, I have never hadit taste so bad before almost like rotten not the meat but something tasted rotten in it. Picked up breakfast for about a dozen people via an online order. I was glad that the inside was actually open as I'm not a fan... of using the drive-thru. The staff had everything together already and separated very efficiently. Great experience! Read more
I went to order today and they told me that the drive through is closed that I would have to come in to order. I asked why... couldn?t they just use the other registers? Why do I have to come in? She said they are not running the drive through right now.Everyone that works here is lazy and they find any excuse to not work. Poor management. Poor ownership. This has been going onfor years. They close and let cars stack up and nobody will inform patrons they are closed. Garbage location. Read more
The last three times I?ve tried to go here, they tell me the drive-through is closed and I have to come inside to place my... order. It?s like 5 PM on a Saturday, what? And then you see multiple employees just hanging out inside, refusing to do theirjobs. Absolute waste of a Taco Bell, go to the one on Haggerty and 8 Mile instead. Read more
I've gone a few times and the drive-through is always closed or only one employee is working. I think there is something very... strange at this location going on. I stood in the lobby for 30 minutes before leaving. This has to be worst Taco Bell in the US. Read more
I work n the area so im there often but mostly the same times and never had any problems with the service or the prices and now... with the Nacho Fries back im hooked Nacho Fries an dip a burrito and large Taco plus a drink at $5.75 speaks for itself and yurALWAYS n an out. I wanted to go 5 Stars here but im stingy wit my 5s for them yu kinda gotta go above an beyond but this placeis definitely a 4 3/4 or 4 5/8 soooo yes im thumbs up here Read more
