Ridiculous and rude. We stood in line, waiting and waiting patiently after the girl told us it will be a moment. She started... making food, everyone else is making drinks. No problem, we?re patient. Waiting waiting waiting 10 minutes go by standing thereto order. We ask if it will be much longer and we?re told ?one moment?. So you want me to wait 15 minutes just to order and thenanother 20 to get my drink? We left without even ordering. There were 5 people working and it still took almost 10 minutes of waiting to get my order taken and then an additional 15... minutes of waiting for only two drinks. There were two other customers complaining about wait times ahead of me. Cherry on topwas they messed up my order as well. Read more

I was in line for the drive-thru, but it was taking 10Min per car. I got out of line and order from a parking space on the app.... I waited for the pickup time only to find out that the door?s locked and it?s drive through only. I was still charged $9.50 andcouldn?t use the drive-thru, as the line then had 20+ cars! Waited almost 20 min in the drive through. When I received my drink it felt light. I took the lid off to find the top 1/4 not... full. Peering into the drive through window revealed a chaotic mess of seemingly high school and college aged kids trying tokeep up with the demand of this location. My drink tasted good and they did get the order correct despite everything. Read more
Guy at register had an attitude to begin with it's only 9am. Lady made wrong drink for my husband and basically almost threw his... drink on the counter with hand over opening. Won't be back to this location reviews were right about attitude. Coffee tasteburnt as well. Don't waste your time. Read more
