The sandwiches we got today were great! My husband got The Wreck and I got The Pizza sub. High quality and tasty. I love a good... warm sandwich on a cold day. I come here often to eat while I work (2-3 times per week). I am always pleased with the friendliness of restaurant staff, the... freshness of the ingredients, and the quality of taste of my food. From a cleanliness perspective, I have never seen anythingthat appears to be unkept, or emitting any odors. That being said, I usually come right before the lunch hour rush, and stay foran hour or two. I always order the same sandwich (veggie melt), and customize it as well. I have had the same outcome on pick-uporders as well, although they will occasionally forget to update the bread on my order (I update it from wheat to white). Ithink the restaurant could use an upgrade in terms of the look/feel of the interior, but I'm sure all Potbelly's look the same.Regardless, I give this location 5 stars, and would give it more if I could. I've normally never had an issue with this location but I made a mobile order through their app on 12/20, and one of the... sandwiches was not made or delivered because they were out of chicken for it. When I called to have the item refunded on 12/20when the delivery came without the sandwich they said that was fine and it will be processed. I called again on 12/21 to makesure it was actually done, the person who answered said yes and it should be back in your account in 3-5 business days (latestit should have shown up was 12/28). Currently, there is no refund in my account. I spoke to someone yesterday after callingmultiple times without anyone answering. They said they had to get their general manager to do a refund but would have them callme by end of day yesterday. No one called, I am still charged for a sandwich I never received and no one is answering the phonethere again. Really disappointed and probably won't order from this location again as they have kept my money for a sandwichthey never made or delivered to me. Read more
Horrible & Unhygienic service. I ordered a sandwich online for pick. The store closing time is 8 PM. I went to pick up around... 7:53 PM, and door was already closed. I signaled to one of the employee that I came for pick up. So an employee walks to openthe door with his palms and hands covered with soap foam (not sure what he was washing), with the same wet/foamy hands hepicked up the sandwich from the kitchen counter, puts it in a bag. And hands the bag to me, while still having foam on his handwhile giving it to me. I had to rush, I dint have the time to argue, so I picked up the sandwich and had to throw away once Ireached home, as I could not unsee what I saw. I am not saying this happens all times.
