So disappointed in the service we received this evening. We normally eat here once a week and only had one other mistake that... they were wonderful taking care of. I tried to make our normal order and was told they didn?t have one pizza on their menu thenwas given to someone else who took my order but forgot to put my Pepperoni pizza on. It ended up taking an hour and when Icalled to talk to someone about it he was very rude and said there was nothing he could do. I will no longer be going to thislocation even though the normal crew there is great but whoever I spoke to was very rude. Read more

Placed an online order at 9:00pm when the store didn?t close until 10:00pm. My card was charged but the pizza never showed up,... even after I got a confirmation email that it would arrive in 35 minutes. Couldn?t get anyone to answer the phone either,presumably because it was too close to closing time at that point. This is one of the worst pizza restaurants I have been to in quite a while the pizza is really bad And the pizza was not cooked... all the way .The wings are just ok but I received one wing that was only part of a wing. The cost is definitely not worth thethe experience.So disappointing Read more

This place is Awesome! I've been going here for year's always to get my favorite pita! I recently placed a last minute order... that needed catering, and the gentleman here was amazing. He went in early to have my order ready at opening time the next day. I got this order to surprise my family and everyone really, really enjoyed everything. Jay was very unhelpful in resolving our issue. Ordered food at 737 pm per my phone log and it's 9:30pm and we still have NO... food. Called the restaurant and worked with several rude folks who basically told us nothing they can do. We could "send thefood back" never using this pizza chain again. Highly Disappointed! I order frequently from this location "ONLINE ORDERS" I get the same thing every-time. Greek Large Salad... and a Veggie Sub with no green peppers. Today I ordered the items on line, when i get to the store im expecting my food to beready since i per-order 25 minutes in advance. I get there Brian pointed out on the receipt do i want ROMAINE in my salad. Isaid um yes the only thing i do not want is beets, and peppers. I was on my lunch break at that, i get back home to pig out andas soon as i open my salad container there is long strand of Blonde hair all up in the salad wrapped around the black oval sizeolives. "That ticked me off" I went to open up my sub and there was two pieces of white strands of hair in my sub. An mydressing for my salad should have been GREEK DRESSING i was given some orange color dressing. I have never had a problem withthis location up until today. I called of coarse and he agreed to re-making my order, my thing is "ARE HAIR NETS BEINGENFORCED?" That baffled me because for one i now have to drive back up there to get my order correctly made. My husband and I placed an order tonight from here as we often do. They did so poorly, I had to redo my review of them. We... ordered what we always order. When you give them your phone number, all your pervious orders pop up. So we ordered. I had torepeat myself over and over because the man taking my order couldn't understand English. And after all of that, we spent $27 ona bowl of lettuce with croutons and a medium pizza. We never got the wings we ordered. When we called to speak to the manager,she said she couldn't fix it because she couldn't give us something we didn't pay for but never took the blame for them messingup our whole order. So tonight I didn't eat because I didn't get the salad I ordered. I will never order from them again. Read more
