Waited over 10 mins for car ahead to move, then pulled up and waited another 5 mins with window closed. Girl behind the window... was standing around while the guys in the back were scrambling. Normally I have good experience here, but lately they have been off. I order the Mediterranean Grain Bowl without Chicken. It's... suppose to have Arugula and some hummus. This is unbelievable, the customer service at this place is horrible. Just went through the drive through and the lady spilled... my mango smoothie and didn't even have any respect. Took my card and didn't say one word like if you don't like the job don'twork pretty simple. Handed me the food and didn't say anything truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Panera.
