This location does a TERRIBLE job of picking flavors to put in the machines. As shown in my photos, the last time we were there... they had 4 different flavors of chocolate. FOUR. Yet no strawberry or fruit flavors of any kind. This seems to be the casealmost every time we visit. We won't be back. Go to the Grand River location instead, they have a much better selection. Used to be very good. Now it is very dirty, messy, and sticky everywhere! Very unkept and seems unsanitary. Every time we go... nowadays, they only have half the machines working too. Poor single employee trying to juggle everything, owners should reallyhave more than one person working at a time with all that needs to get done (and cleaned!!) Was a pretty lame experience. Had like 5 flavors, tasted artificial. The only fun part was watching this tub of juice fall on... the floor in the back, made me laugh; thus, the 2 star rating. Read more

The place is dirty, some ice creams are out and some other machines are out of order. Cashier doing her own thing and to top it... off, the credit card machine is asking if you want to leave a tip. Read more

Stopped a few times when I was in the area. One time by myself and other two times with relatives. So far it's been perfect.... Good selection of ice cream and toppings. Workers are nice, efficient, professional and have a good positive attitude. Read more

Good frozen yogurt but place was very busy and only one employee working. Management should have at least two people working on... a Friday night with nice weather out. I like the fact that new flavors are added every week. There is also dairy free and gluten free options to choose from. Plenty... of good toppings as well. Even when it's busy you are in and out within minutes. 5 stars for sure! Read more

No selection as only 5 flavors were working. I had to ask for some of the toppings to be refilled. Kid at the register seemed... annoyed that I bothered to ask and make him stop leaning. I'll stick to a different location, which are fast better all aroundthan this one. This is not our first so-so experience here. Read more
