Bates has been here for years & they are still A1. I love their French fries, they actually have potatoe in them & more... importantly they're Hot , unlike McDonald's grease sticks if you're lucky & go thru during rush hour, you can almost get hot &Fresh ones. Most times they just let them sit so they can sell them even if they've been sitting under a lamp from rush hour &it's been a 1/2 hour. ???? But back to Bates, they're also Clean & their employees are very friendly & always busy. Seems likeit anyways. It's a good place to meet up with your friends & sit & chat for a while.Or quick when you just want to run in & graba bite. ???? Read more
First time having them. Stopped here while on lunch, I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries. $6.78, great price. Sliders tastes... good and homemade, and the crinkled fries as well. Would definitely eat here again whenever possible. Read more
Food overall is good, no real complaints but the service sucks. It?s like they don?t like black customers to come in. I tried... looking thru the reviews for happy black customer reviews..not many I went in today I felt like It?s was 1950,?s and I entered?the whites only? door. Read more
I've been here a few times and the food isn't bad...the customer service is 100% awful! Those workers act like when placing big... orders their lives are going to end...literally just cook the food you're getting paid to do and keep your comments and huffsand puffs to yourselves or clearly quit this business before you cause them a huge loss!
