I been coming to this store for over 20 years. After today it might be my last. I try to redeem my points, I asked the clerk... before I redeem them does these item match, her answer was yes. Then scans, and the main item I want did not show up. Thentried to charge me. She then said oh my bad I have no bar code. She barely understood the English language. Then told me shecannot and will not help me. She told me I can stand her all day until I turn blue she does not care. She basically to bad tosaid u lost your 20000 points now move on and leave. Pretty good for in and out in the daytime however you will get hounded by a bunch of people trying to wipe your car down or hold... the door open and expect you to give them money this is not Detroit but feels like it is I don't pay all these taxes to bebombarded with losers every store I go to on Orchard Lake Read more

Great store. Very clean with great service. Only complaint is an employee that parks his car in the front where it should be... available to the customers. He will also wait for me to leave a spot right in front so he can reverse his car in. Read more
