I been coming to this store for over 20 years. After today it might be my last. I try to redeem my points, I asked the clerk... before I redeem them does these item match, her answer was yes. Then scans, and the main item I want did not show up. Thentried to charge me. She then said oh my bad I have no bar code. She barely understood the English language.
