Food is usually good but lately they have kept their doors locked with no sign saying the lobby is closed. If they?re going to... close the lobby they should put a sign up that says drive thru only. Seems kinda like McDonald?s saying the ice cream machine isbroken?too lazy to clean up. Read more
Considering this store is extremely understaffed, they were amazing. Even though employees had to rush around to fill all... orders, our food was delivered quickly, hot and to our unique specifications. When a couple of young children went to thecounter for dipping sauces, they were acknowledged quickly and kindly. I do find it interesting that people are leaving 1 starreviews for a guarantee that applies to the moment you get the food, not 15-20 minutes later when you get home. Nor should thestore get 1 star reviews for not taking orders when closed. By that standard, no business could get a high rating. Read more
Sub par experience. We love the new guaranteed Hot & Crispy fries. Much to our dismay when we got home, our fries were not... hot or crispy. In all of my fast food experiences, I have actually never had such a sorry bunch of soggy fries like these. Iam dumbfounded that they would even consider throwing these in an order. We live far enough away that it?s not worth it tospend our gas to go back for a new fry. Shame on you Farmington Wendy?s. Read more
Ordered 2 large premium combos.. new Big Bacon Cheddar came as a tiny bacon cheeseburger, large fries that were cold and gross... and the large coke I ordered was actually a Dr. Pepper.. new Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger was dry and almost inedible and receivedsmall fries instead of the large ones I paid for. Beyond disappointed in this visit along with most visits to this location..guess I need to drive the extra miles to the Kaysville location. Read more
Food was fresh and delicious. We did have one side of fries missing but we let them know and they fixed it quickly without being... rude towards us more the mistake. Very impressed. Read more
For how new this place is, it's pretty dirty. There is only one drink machine so drinks and their respective flavors are out... constantly. Fries were old and crusty and the frosty was soupy and definitely not the right temperature. Ordered a large comboand got a small drink. Nuggets were just old and OK. Honestly, it's just simple stuff that's wrong here that needs a competentmanagement team to fix. Wendy's is not showing off their a-game here. Read more
