Ordered 2 rodeo burgers with cheese and a double cheeseburger one of my rodeo burgers didn't even have a burger in the bun.
The staff member was quick, polite and professional. The biscuit was steamy and delicious. The menu appears, however, to be a... minefield very heavy with salty, fatty foods that could contribute to a weight problem. Read more
I would give negative stars if i could!!! Today July 12th 2022 I went thru the drive thru for kids. Upon getting home and seeing... what the food looked like, I am speeches. The onion rings were so hard the onion was black and beyond crispy. The mozzarellasticks were also beyond burned and not edible. The cheese that was supposed to be in them looked like burned PLASTIC! One of thereasons i will never go back.The chicken nuggets were so terrible. Chewy and cold. Like they were refried from sitting there. Mydaughter said she thought everything was from yesterday. The fact that an employee would hand out food like that is disgustingand offensive. I will NEVER GO to a Burger King Again! I have worked in restaurants for 25 years and this is the worst thing Ihave ever seen, couldn't try anything as it was NOT EDIBLE! Read more
Two stars as the ladies at the registers were friendly and they get the stars. I was just irritated by the 'constant' questions.... The interaction was "Welcome to Burger King, what can I get you" BK "A cheeseburger, and a small fry. Thank you" Me "Would youlike a drink?" BK "No, thank you" me "How about 2 cookies for $1.00" BK "No, thanks " me "Can I get you to donate $5 to nationalhunger" (something, can't remember the full organization. BK "Not today " me "How about $1" BK "No. I'm all set." Me "Ok,please drive to the first window". Bk...not so happy voice. I drive to window. "Your total is $5.97(or something aroundthere)Can I get you to donate $.03? This will round up your total."BK "Sure" me. At this point, I am just irritated. I wanteda quick stop, and an organization that knows boundaries. No means no. I much prefer donating to our local food pantry, whichmy family and I do, than donate to the National Hunger organization. Not that it matters. BK needs to stop pestering customerswith 'upselling'. It was so over the top. More than I have felt in any other business. I gave you my order and said 'No' 4times!! If I hadn't donated .03, then it would have been 5. My order could have been done in a quick manner, but it wasn't dueto whatever BKs management is having their team do. Over the top. The burger was standard. The fries were lukewarm. Unfortunately, I won't be back. Dunkin, KFC, McDonalds, and Taco Bell are all right there. I will give them a try beforehaving to answer 30 questions before I get my meal. Read more
Hey, just wanted to say about this Burger King in Farmington. I think that they are really slow to get out your food to you but... I will say they at least get the order, correct? I also think that the staff that take your order needs a little bit betterattitude adjustment on their job either then that I had a respectable order and it was correct.
