Staff was very friendly and our order was made right. We didnt get our entire order all at once which was good. We got... breadsticks first , then buffalo wings and lastly our pizza. Man oh man, if I could rate the FOOD ONLY, it would absolutely be four and five star worthy most of the time. The FOOD isn't the... problem. Whether dining in or picking up, the problem one is extremely likely to encounter here is the PERSONNEL. It seems to me(on multiple, multiple occasions), that the customer is treated more like an irritation than the ASSET that they ARE. It appearsto be even worse at the management level, so complaints aren't likely to help whatever your situation may be. Slow, and evensometimes NO dining room service, far from clean dining areas, restrooms that are frequently out of order, and a staff thatappears to not care about ANY of it. This was at one time a fun and clean place to visit with family and friends, I hope thatsomeday it is again. Read more
I stopped in here after a very long day of driving and decided to eat in. The restaurant is super clean and the service is quick... and friendly. I love PH?s thin crust pizza and that?s what I ordered and took most of it home. Read more
My daughter took me to eat at pizza hut with my grandkids and we had 3 different people helping us. The 1st lady got our... drinking and forgot my granddaughter's drink. The lady that took our order came back and said she will take off the charge forthe salad since they had to got get some more elsewhere and she forgot to bring us our pasta. My daughter went to pay and wastreated badly since they were charging us for my granddaughter drink which she didnt get and on the receipt it showed we arecharge for salad. I didnt even get asked if I would like another refill so my daughter gave me her drink. Read more
Order online because if you call the man who answers might tell you they are closed. I then ordered online and got the pizza I... wanted. Interesting how the guy at the store said they were closed yet you can still get food when you order online. Employeejust not want to work??? Read more
Ordered 3 HAND TOSSED pizzas. One large and 2 medium. The dough and toppings were paper thin. As if all 3 were Little Ceasers... pizzas in pizza hut boxes. I feel like we just paid $40 for 3 $5 Little Ceasars pizzas. NOT what you'd expect from pizza hut. Read more
