During Covid I ordered food to be delivered to my grandparents. I got a call back explaining that they no longer did delivery. ... When I explained that it was for my home bound grandparents I was informed that they would find a way to get the food to mygrandparents. I am so grateful. recently we had my grandfather's Memorial. We ordered food for a family dinner afterward. Ithought the service was great. It was quick and the store manager not only engaged my wife and I in conversation while wewaited but also helped carry it out. yeah the food was a little cool but we were eating outside in the wind and someone forgotto order heat sources.
