This store is suspicious tonight I went to get food at 8pm front doors were locked no hours of operation visible. Saw people... standing at drive thru window laughing. Don't care if they were laughing at me it is what it is. BUT when you tell a customerthat you can only accept card payments that raises a huge red flag. I wish Google allowed zero stars. Food was old. Everything was old and cold. Popcorn chicken was hard, had a biscuit put into the same container as the Nashville... hot chicken so it was covered in red hot sauce, fries where gross. Everything seemed as if it had been sitting around forawhile. Read more
This place was gross!!! Very hot inside and disgustingly dirty. Cashiers coughing, person putting ice in the soda machine with a... dirty bucket. Won?t recommend this KFC to anyone!!! Read more
Hot sauce packets are 50 cent each and our gravey came out like water. Took it back and manager said its how the gravey is now.
So I have never had such a bad experience at KFC or any restaurant ever I just moved from California and ordered on line went to... pick it up and they changed me for hot sauce on what planet? I can understand limits but either buy it or not to get any wasridiculous the the manager was so rude my order was completely wrong chicken was old and dry my son who just had wisdom teethremoved couldn't even eat because his order was not correct I hope not all or ran like this one I have been in management forover 20 years and never seen such horrible service waiting on corporate so frustrated!!!!!!! Staff are not friendly. Not even a "hello what can I help you?" If they had their rating would be at least another two stars.... Not even a thank you either. But otherwise clean environment. The life-size Colonel was a little spooky though. Read more
