Tonight I tried to place an order at the drive thru of my local steak burger shack Freddy?s. I was so stoked to get a California... burger and raspberry tea , but the stoke ended halfway through trying to order . Whoever the lady was taking my order , she wasextremely mad and wouldn?t listen to me. I asked if Patty melts came with two patties and I was told yes I ordered a patty melt and when it came out only one patty on... it. The gal had to cook make another one and it was the same thing and I asked him is that one patty or two he said it's twobecause it's cut in half there's one on each side lol the manager then said she would make the proper way I was in a hurry and Ijust got a refund they don't make their Patty melts like they advertise. an incident occurred at the Farmington Freddy's. The cook or other employee in the back had an extremely and uncalled for... interaction with a police officer who ordered food here. the employee was not dealt with by management. I highly suggest thatnobody eats at the Farmington Freddy's until management takes care of this situation and makes it absolutely known that it wastaken care of. my family will not support any business that allows this behavior towards their customers to happen withoutdiscipline Read more

Just saw a post on Facebook from a retired law enforcement officer and a few current detectives that went to this location... today. The cook asked for their ticket number went and made their order brought it out to them and said "I made this special foryou" then flipped them off twice. Manager didn't even talk to the cook. Do better Freddy's! Read more

First time trying this chain. We ordered chicken strips and patty melt meals. I thought the regular sized meals were enough... for two people...I guess it depends on how hungry you are. Our meals were fresh and delicious. Love the shoe string fries. Staff were friendly and service was fast for dine-in. Bathrooms were clean too. Read more
