First time at this Lotta Burger, service was good, lady that took our order was very nice and friendly. Good atmosphere.
Horrible experience. Got every single part of my order wrong, and even then the food was disgusting. I asked for a breakfast... burrito NOT smothered and they gave me a burrito SMOTHERED, my fiancée got a breakfast sandwich and the eggs weren?t evencooked, I ordered a orange juice, which they didn?t even get on my order so they wouldn?t just give it to me. And when Icomplained about it, they said there was nothing they could do. Oh and not to mention, the pumpkin iced coffee is disgusting andtaste rancid. VERY VERY, disappointing. The food was fresh. Tasted like real beef. Slightly greasy but a good place for breakfast and Lunch. Seats are comfortable.
I have come here several times at different times of the day and have consistently had very poor customer service. Food has been... fine but it's really disappointing to have such a nice store and have such an unfriendly staff. Serve times are very slow (10-15mins plus) and any attempts to interact with the staff are met with coldness. I know for a fact this is not how the company isrun. Talk about a soggy burger geez. Well I did get a reply from management. I still believe the staff here needs further training... in several aspects. Proper cooking procedures. Counter help that understands the menu. Shift management that has the authorityto react to a customer complaint. Read more
I got my bacon burritos with green chili, extra crispy bacon. They never cook the bacon crispy and it's always flimsy. I take... the bacon out because I dont want bacon that is not crispy. I also don't get why I have to pay more money to get green sauce,when I ask THE OPERATOR ON THE PHONE that I want green sauce? It always gives me JUST green chili and I have to PAY EXTRA forthe sauce?? I may have to go inside early to get the breakfast burritos how we like them. Read more
I see Blake's all over the place. I was finally able to park near one ANNNND.. I am not impressed. For almost 16 dollars I... thought I was gonna be blown away. The burger was flavorless. It was a little bigger then In and Out and just as flavorless. Theseasoned fries were good and it was a good sized portion. The sweet tea was AWFUL. WORSE THEN BAD. The Dr pepper was flat. Thecashier was super nice and super friendly. She was who recommended the double meat hatch Chile burger. Amazing how not even theChile's had flavor. Came to get burgers 11/25 @ around 6:36pm. Customer service was very poor. The girl taking my order was very rude and did not... know anything about integrity. She took the entire order laughing and asking to repeat what was being ordered. Read more
