Closing the store early before the posted closing time in my book is extremely bad customer service. Wednesday August 31 at... 8:55pm door to the store was locked. All the lights were on and the two guys behind the counter just sat and started at me. Themanager on duty should take classes in successful business practices as im sure the owner would like to know that the businessis being ran by lazy do the bare minimum staff. What a joke. Read more
We don't have much in the city but I'm glad to have this subway for quick stops! Super convenient and great location.
If you go during the week, the service is excellent. Just don't go during the weekend. My wife and I frequent this location so... much so, that the employees know our order. If their weekend staff was as great as their weekday staff, I would give 5 stars. Read more
Subway is one of my favorite restaurants and this location does not disappoint. No matter if it?s lunch or dinner, the staff is... always friendly and speedy. The sandwiches I get are made to perfection, exemplifying what a sandwich should be. I like thecookie selection, too. Pro tip: don?t wash your hands when you?re done eating so you can smell them throughout the rest of theday and relive your sandwich over and over again. Read more
Ordered a steak and cheese melt online and when i got home the cheese wasn't melted at all in the middle. Went back and asked... her to remake it and she did. She remade my melt buy cutting the cold sandwich in half and putting it in a brown bag and rollingit up. Realizing that's why my first sandwich was terrible, i asked her why she did that instead of leaving it open faced on anoven tray to which her response was, "it's a melt. This is how subway tells us to make it." I don't even have to work at subwayto know that's a lie because point me to the human that makes a melt that way. Didn't even bother asking her to retorts itcorrectly, went home and put it in the air fryer. $16 plus a 30% tip to teach a "sandwich artist" how to make one and almost doit all myself. Read more
