You Want Salt? Eat here! I know what to expect (Minnesota Mexican) for 34 plus years, and this is the worst ever. Every single... item was over-salted to the point of saturation. The chips, ground beef in the taco, chicken in the enchilada was the worst,shredded beef in the burrito. On top of it all, we were the only table at 2:30 p.m. on a Friday, and the waitress made us feellike we were inconveniencing her life. Sad. ...(we still tipped Over 20 percent!). Changed servers halfway through, servicespotty at best. Never mind the dead flies on the window sill, and live flies around our table the entire time. (Landing onlyson's head, my hat, and my wife's food throughout) Very disappointed! Sooo salty, uggggh. Will NEVER eat at El Charroin Farmington, Minnesota!! Read more

Food is good, waitstaff is good but some of the customers are a bit off.
Decided to road trip to a new place. Overall the restaurant is very clean. Came for lunch and was not that busy. Server... checked with me many times as I was looking over the large menu with many tempting items and decided on the lunch specialchipotle burrito. It was stuffed with chicken. Rice and beans on the side with the pico. Adding the pico to the burrito gaveit an amazing flavor. The chips and salsa were out right away and offered refills. Good food. Great price! First time there. Nice atmosphere. Ate on the patio, road noise was minimal as they are right on the... main drag. Down side right next to the train tracks. The portions were generous. I had seafood enchiladas soooo good. Hubby hadbeef chimichanga, needed a bit more deep frying as the tortilla was quite soft, plus it was on a layer of cheese sauce, makingit even less crunchy. Service was prompt and friendly. Read more
