Just ordered a bagel with egg and cheese and sausage. The worst bagel I have ever had. The bagel is old, dry with some left over... syrup on it. They are SO RUDE they gave me the wrong drink and I asked for my correct order and the guy at the window shrugged his shoulders... and said I couldn?t return the one he just handed me and said I had to pay for another one. Love this shop! I visit regularly. Only thing I dislike is the fact Google says you open at 4:30am. I was there at 5am this... morning and the store was closed. Has happened quite a few times. Please update your hours to accurate opening time, or havepeople there on time. Thank you. Read more
