I went thru the drive-thru about 12:20 p.m. & it was getting very busy. The drive-thru person was very friendly, efficient, &... also very quick. I got my food & my Fry's were so hott & fresh 10 minutes later when I got home it was like I had just walkedright out of that place. My burgers were also NEAT & my Ice coffee was very sweet not bland. I have honestly NEVER had anexperience like this in my life from any McDonald's before! It's like this Every time I come to THIS location & I live inCanton. So I had to write a review. Also, I've NEVER had my order messed up here either. Even the Canton location is verydisappointing. This McDonald's is awesome!! And the customer service is always good & consistent too. I will not go to anotherlocation. Thank You for what you guys do!!! I can honestly be proud to say that now!!! I would just like to say how dirty this restaurant is. They had flies everywhere, they had greasy floors. This was later in the... evening, during the day it is fine, but night shift just seems to not give too hoots about working there. I would like to thinkthat if you don't want to be there then find the door, please clean your store. Also when ordering thru drive thru make surethat your staff knows the difference between sweet tea and UNSWEETENED. so frustrating to get home to find out that they got thewrong one. The gentleman in the drive thru was so rude when we asked if we could have Mayo added to our sandwiches. When we asked at the... window we had the window slammed in our face! Won?t be returning to this location ever again. Clearly needed to get to hisfriends in the car at the back of the building which was way more important. No thanks! Read more
I'd give zero stars if I could. They have a habit of messing up my orders. And they managed to BURN one of my quarter pounders!... Fries are always cold, and you get half what you ordered.. Tonight went to get dinner. They close at 11. The lights were on thesign was on and the drive thru was wrapped. I got to the speaker where I hear "Sorry we're closed early for (inaudible)matinance." I and about 10 other people waited in line just to hear that! The sign was ON! That means you're open! Do that otherstuff AFTER hours! Photos are from the burned burger incident. Read more
They gave me old fries that had clearly been reheated as they were severely over cooked and inedible.
Drive through wasbfairly quick however ordered was an20 pice chicken mcnugget meal with a Dr pepper and a double QP to go with... it. Order recieved was 2 quarter pounders and no nuggets. Soda was not given for the 2nd order. I gave one star for food due tothe Mcribs being half way on the bun x2, and sloppily placed. I don't expect a rich environment but alittle more attention needspaid to presentation and packaging. I star for service, obvious reasons described above. Atmosphere 1 star, due to returningfor missed soda, heard employees stating to blank each other private areas. Read more
