The young man behind the counter moved at a glacial pace. It took 20+ minutes to get a smoothie. I know it's a busy location,... but waiting over 20 minutes for 1 smoothie is ridiculous. And when there are 10+ people waiting in front of you, you couldmake any effort to move a date than a sloth. Read more

Very disappointed. Please motivate your employees in this location, they all look like they do not want to be here at all. Their... energy of all of them is very low. One of they guys literally works with his hair in the face, you can not see his eyes. In aplace where your served food I guess they should use something in their heads. Every time I come to this tropical smoothie it’s a problem. I order online for curbside and I still have to come in because no... one answers the phone when I call. Been ordering smoothies and food from here for a while now for pick up and never had issues. The staff always had my order ready... before or on time for pick up. Food is good and the smoothies are great. Typically staff are very helpful. May not be thefriendliest but they always get the food and smoothies out. Read more
