I really wanted to love this place but felt underwhelmed. I need to preface that my meal traveled for about an hour before... consumption so that may have lowered the quality of my experience. The good: place was clean, servers were friendly, highturnover with plenty of cars waiting at the drive thru and people on line inside. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and itwas ok. I couldn?t taste any kick. I have a relatively high spice tolerance but the sandwich did nothing for my spice tastebuds, maybe I was given a regular sandwich. The chicken tenders were on the dry and sad looking side. I enjoyed these the least.The variety of condiments available were a plus. Fries were tasty but on the saltier side. Sweet tea tasted like sugar waterwith hardly any tea flavor. Compared to chick-fil-a, it?s a toss up. Read more
Chick-fil-A, meet your match! Food is quality stuff at a decent price. Staff is professional and friendly although one... suggestion is to call out the names a bit louder and clearer. Unlimited sauces is a HUGE plus. I think there are about 7 saucesyou can try. They are not stingy with the sauces unlike many places today. The shakes were perfect. Not too sweet. And I sawthe hand washing spot after we ate, but what a plus for a restaurant to have out front. The one other suggestion for the staffis to avoid serving small bits and pieces of waffle fries. Absolutely delicious. Great spot to stop when staying in a hotel in the area. I got the Chicken Sandwich and Fries and the taste... was excellent. The fries were crispy and hot. The nuggets were a hit with my husband. Sauces are great, I love the BBQ. Theywere out of waffle fries but it worked out fine. Next time I'm in the area I plan to take a trip here.$$$ Read more
