AMAZING brunch restaurant in a simple, quaint, no-frills dining space right in the heart of Farmingdale. The entire... establishment was created to pay homage to the owner?s late grandma, a little El Salvadoran woman who passed down all heroriginal homemade recipes to her grandson, Jorge. Today, Jorge is the chef at the restaurant he owns, and he prepares every dishin remembrance and celebration of the authentic cooking his grandmother taught him since childhood. Delicious, fresh cookingwith quality ingredients, artfully prepared and presented, down to the last detail. Friendly service, too ? the Dominicangentleman who waited on us was fantastic and very welcoming. Menu is quite broad with something for everyone. This was an impromptu date night dinner at a restaurant we always enjoy. They only recently started serving dinner. For those... wondering, they are open Thursday through Saturday for dinner until 10 pm. Menu is limited but Excellent.Our meal was excellentand our waiter, Nil, was very friendly and attentive. I ordered sirloin steak and mashed potatoes, my wife had penne ala vodkawith chicken. For appetizer I had a cup of the broccoli and cheese soup fresh made and delicious. My serloin steak was notwhat i expected at all. But wow this was good thin steak the size of the plate, smothered in a sauce of bacon and mushrooms.Again, Wow! My wife really enjoyed her meal also. Large portions made fresh! As a side note, to atest to their hospitality, Inoticed a homeless man curled up outside, under our window in the rain. We ordered the man a meal and Nil packaged it up in a togo package with a soda and then took it out to him. The gentleman was so happy and thanked us through the window. NIL spent afew minutes talking with him and then returned. Nil was so happy to have done that also and thanked us for the opertunuty to bepart if that. Dessert was dissapiinting-no home made banana pudding. So intead they apologized and sent out 2 tartufo and a softcannoli. Soft cannoli you ask? Basically it is french toast stuffed with cannoli filling, hot off the grill with powderedsugar, mini chocolate chips, and fresh strawberries. Never been so happy to be dissapointed! Over the top delicious! Please, ifyou're out and about in Farmingdale stop in and enjoy a good home cooked menu and very friendly hosts! 10 out of 10! You won'tregret it! Read more
Went for the 1st time today to have our anniversary breakfast! The cannoli French toast was amazing! The pistachio pancakes... were delicious ???? . Generous portions! Friendly staff that came out with a sweet treat n candle and sang to us!!! Sothoughtful. Jorge the owner came out to greet us at the end.. will Def be back! ???????? Read more
**Pay cash to avoid the 4% credit card service charge** The food and the service are top notch. Portion size is great and the... ingredients are fresh. We came here for brunch on a Saturday and the food was much better than I expected. Also, they serveproper coffee for brunch, not mimosa. The minor blemish is the surprise credit card service charge but we still have a goodexperience dining here. Read more

Absolutely LOVED this place! We found our new breakfast spot. Carlos, our server, was amazing, everyone there was friendly. The... food was delicious! Enjoyed breakfast here with the family. The food was good. The corned beef hash was excellent. They chopped up actual corned... beef and did not just use some canned meat. The home fries were delicious, seasoned and cooked perfectly. My wife had eggsBenedict which was also cooked perfectly and tasted great. The kids enjoyed their extra fluffy pancakes with some scrambled eggsand cheese. The Service was excellent. Read more
