Sandwiches were good, but the horrible service I received today has left a bad taste. My first two times visiting here over the... summer were great, the staff were welcoming and very helpful. Don't know what changed but the lady taking orders today had themost rude and unwelcoming demeanor, me and my family felt as if we were an inconvenience to her even though we spent well over$100 to patronize this establishment. Please fix that lady's front of house attitude or keep her away from dealing with yourcustomers. Read more
Fairly new restaurant that does not disappoint! During the warmer days and season, the window service gives a fun atmosphere to... a quite original sandwich shop. And as the weather gets cooler, there is an indoor entrance to get away from the elements. Theirspecials and combinations are some of the best around. Not that bad but nothing special. Drove out there from Queens based on many positive comments on their Instagram page however... the Sandwich I got didn’t live up to expectations. I ordered the Angry Irving as suggested by many since it’s theirflagship Sandwich however was disappointed with minimal meat, salty and overloaded with sauce. First thing is first the music when you pull up is great and sets the mood. You are immediately greeted at the counter. We... ordered a few things to try and they did not disappoint. First time we came it was great. Second time my wife's pastrami sandwich was pure fat. The cut of pastrami that was used should... of never been used in a sandwich. We will try it one more time. Went here tonight off of a recommendation from a coworker. We ordered The Angry Irving, which my husband enjoyed very much and... the Garlic Grill, which I enjoyed. The bread was very good, nice and crispy not at all soggy. The pastrami was delicious. Wealso got an order of the loaded fries (they were great!) and an order of the gravy fries which lacked in flavor in my opinion. If you are getting the fries one order is enough for 2 people. I was disappointed that they do not have potato pancakes at themoment. Overall the food was very good but be prepared to spend some money because it is high in price. Read more
The food was delicious. Simple food done right. Awesome customer service, the order was packed correctly which is rare these... days at most other places and the food was hot, crispy things stayed crispy until i got home.
